What you’ll do

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Department: Marketing Company Operations Quality (MCOQ)

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, AstraZeneca standards and local regulatory requirements. The role supports product quality oversight, complaint handling, investigations, third-party quality management and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product quality complaints, investigations, deviations and CAPA activities, batch review & release activities.

• Maintain local QMS processes and quality documentation.
• Coordinate quality activities with internal stakeholders, manufacturing sites and external partners.
• Manage quality agreements and oversee compliance of third-party service providers.
• Support audits, self-inspections, regulatory inspections and onsite assessments.
• Monitor quality KPIs, conduct trend analysis and drive continuous improvements.
• Deliver quality training and promote compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with health authorities and stakeholders on product quality matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related Life Sciences.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or GDP/GMP compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
