Senior Quantitative Developer - Python

As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will work in a close-knit global team of Multi-Asset Quant Developers and Researchers, collaborating to enhance our research platform in a fast-evolving environment. You will directly contribute to the team’s success by recommending innovative software solutions and building new tools and systems.

Your future role within QRT

• Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team
• Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows
• Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows
• Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
• Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
• Continuously evolve the team’s software platform to meet changing business needs

Your present skillset

• 5–10 years of quant development experience
• High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design
• Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
