We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, commercial activities, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle, while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with contractual requirements.
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance against approved budgets.
Manage and review construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, claims, and variations.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and provide advice on the financial impact of design changes.
Verify contractor and subcontractor invoices, quantities, and payment applications.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quantities, and costs.
Identify commercial and cost risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Lead, support, and mentor Quantity Surveyors while working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Design Teams.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent construction contracts.
Strong skills in cost control, estimation, contract administration, negotiation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and relevant Quantity Surveying software.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with project, site, and commercial teams.
