Senior Recruiter
AI Summary
Senior recruiter who owns full-cycle recruiting for a cross-functional product team, developing interview processes, benchmarking compensation, and reporting data to stakeholders.
About this role
Build the Team Behind the World's Most Ambitious Strategy Game
Total Battle is already one of the most-played 4X strategy games out there. Our goal is to make it #1 in the world — and we need exceptional people to get there.
We're looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find talent that isn't looking, close candidates who have options, and build a hiring process that scales.
The role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a cross-functional product team: game designers, client and backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts, and project managers. Not one profile type — all of them.
This isn't a coordinator role. You'll develop the interview process, negotiate offers, train hiring managers, benchmark compensation against the market, and report data to stakeholders. If you want to own recruiting as a function — not just execute it — this is the role.
What we're looking for
3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter — in-house or executive search
Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles — whether in tech, gamedev, executive search, or any field where passive sourcing is the only way
Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Habr — you find people who aren't applying
Comfortable with data: you track metrics, spot patterns, and present findings clearly
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
You care about games — genuinely
