Senior Recruiter, Global Corporate Functions

The Senior Recruiter, Global Corporate Functions is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad portfolio of corporate and shared services functions. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop talent strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and attract top talent for domestic and international positions. The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, driving efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, and other support center teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop sourcing strategies, define talent profiles, and drive effective selection processes.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess passive and active talent across domestic and international markets.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, offer development, and negotiation activities.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive talent insights, and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
