Job Description

HVAC Systems Operations & Maintenance

• Inspect, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC equipment throughout the resort.
• Maintain split air conditioners, cassette units, ducted units, concealed units, FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, VRF/VRV systems, exhaust fans, fresh air systems, air curtains, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, condenser units, evaporators, expansion valves, motors, fan assemblies, thermostats, sensors, PCB boards, relays, contactors, capacitors, and control circuits.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and performance verification following maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor airflow, cooling capacity, humidity control, and temperature performance.
• Ensure HVAC systems remain operational and provide optimum guest comfort at all times.

Refrigeration Systems

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all refrigeration systems including:
  • Walk-in chillers
  • Walk-in freezers
  • Cold rooms
  • Blast chillers
  • Ice machines
  • Display chillers
  • Bottle coolers
  • Under-counter refrigerators
  • Refrigerated counters
  • Bar refrigeration equipment
• Monitor refrigerant pressures, operating temperatures, superheat, subcooling, and system efficiency.
• Respond immediately to refrigeration failures impacting on food safety and hotel operations.
