Senior Representative, Fitness

How you’ll make an impact:
• Provide guidance to Fitness Center Members, including recommending fitness programs based on individual member needs, ensuring appropriate use of equipment and exercise techniques, monitoring and coaching members during their exercise routines
• Assess short-term and long term needs of fitness center and employee needs; Provide programming recommendations, fitness programs and may include other programs to ensure employees are working towards improving their overall health
• Support fitness center operations including but not limited to maintenance, cleanliness and safety of all equipment, towel management, and ensure fitness center guidelines are adhered to
• Design stretch programs including offering guidance to employees on proper stretch form, conducting stretch sessions, and documenting stretch activities
• Teach group exercise classes
• Incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):
•H.S. Diploma or equivalent 4 Years years experience Related experience Required or
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related degree) Preferred
•Other: Certification as Personal Trainer Required
•Other: CPR, AED and First Aid Certification Required

• Good computer in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Proven track record of managing health and wellness programs
• Must be able to work independently and apply good judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures
• Full knowledge and understanding of fitness programs
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and/or contacts outside the organization
• Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
