Senior Retail Sales & Technical Service Associate

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a senior retail sales & technical service associate, which we call a senior agent advisor at Best Buy. In this role, you will greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding the products and services they need.

What you’ll do as a senior retail associate:

• Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services

• Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs

• Create an amazing customer experience

• Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge to inspire customers to see what is possible with the latest technology

• Assist with training and mentoring team members

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role

• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment

• Excellent communication skills

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $20.08 - $23.59
