Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Senior SAP Fullstack Developer, you’ll design and build scalable, high‑performing SAP solutions using modern architecture and the latest development tools. You’ll play a key role in creating a robust, future‑focused platform at the heart of our business—bringing fresh thinking, new techniques, and a passion for building exceptional SAP experiences.
To do this, some of what you’ll do is:
- Design, develop, maintain and implement solutions
- Understand business needs to develop application design and development, automation testing, performing design and code review and development of technical documentation
- Perform application analysis, code modifications and functional testing to troubleshoot application production issues
- Ensure that CI systems, development environments, processes, and standards are delivered
- Collaborate with the wider IT teams to ensure architectural, operational, delivery, and handover guidelines are adhered to throughout the delivery process
Due to the nature of this role, application support, including participation in on-call roster is required.

He kōrero mōu - About you
You bring a strong Continuous Integration, Continuous Development mindset, hold high standards for clean, consistent code, and thrive in an agile Scrum environment. You’re comfortable working with XP and Lean principles, managing stakeholder expectations, and making smart, pragmatic decisions when needed. With solid experience in tools like JIRA, you communicate ideas clearly and confidently. Ideally, you’ve worked in retail and understand the value of a Clean Core approach, and having experience with modern UX is a bonus.
You’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related subject
- Experience with data and process modelling e.g. BPMN, Data Models, etc
- ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
- Proven experience in ABAP and FIORI and WebIDE and integration into Fiori Launchpad in Cloud Portal
- Netweaver, Splash/Build
- Knowledge of .Net, Java, Javascript, C++, C
- API Management and building Fiori Apps which consume these APIs
