Senior SAP Finance Consultant (Project Lead)

To strengthen our SAP team, we’re looking for someone with a strong expertise in SAP ERP FI/CO and PS both in SAP ECC and SAP S/4Hana.

• Act as a senior FI/CO consultant and track lead / project lead for finance-related SAP streams.

• Lead finance workstreams end-to-end: requirements → blueprint → build → test → go-live → hypercare/support.

• Translate business needs into clear solution designs and functional specifications within SAP FI/CO.

• Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders (including management) and challenge requirements where needed.

• Coordinate deliverables, planning and dependencies with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Ensure quality and consistency: documentation, testing approach, process alignment and change management.

• Coach key users and provide training when needed.

• Manage regular evolution request related to you stream.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Strong experience as an SAP consultant with deep expertise in SAP ERP FI/CO.

• Proven ability to lead finance tracks/workstreams (planning, coordination, stakeholder management).

• Solid consulting skills:

  • requirements gathering & workshop facilitation

  • business stakeholder management (incl. management level)

  • customer-oriented mindset and clear communication

• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a complex environment.

• Strong general IT understanding and ability to collaborate with technical/integration teams.

• Project delivery knowledge: Agile/Scrum is a plus; PMI knowledge is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent professional English + French required.

• Dutch is a plus.
