We arelooking for full time ** Scrum Master** for our office located in ** Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad.** As a Scrum Master you’ll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. You’ll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Helping organization in planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
• Use SCRUM development processes. Must be able to switch between the methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferably scrum master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
