Senior seafreight export clerk

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy export department, ideally from a freight forwarder/NVOCC background.

The position involves:

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents
• Preparing NES entries – the candidate must be very experienced with these already
• AMS / ACI / ISF entries (will be be taught)
• Creating bookings for customers
• Arranging collections
• Using in-house computer systems (incl. Multifreight)
• Ability to work unsupervised
• General office duties
• Attention to detail and accuracy is important.
