- Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Administration, configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
- Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
