We are seeking a Senior Site Technician to lead and manage our Post-Tension site works in the Ivory Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals, particularly Lebanese candidates, to bring their expertise to international projects while driving quality and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and train Site Technicians, ensuring quality execution and strict adherence to safety standards.
Review and interpret shop drawings, addressing discrepancies to align with project requirements.
Collaborate with contractors during kick-off meetings to plan and resolve project concerns.
Oversee labor distribution and ensure materials and equipment are available and maintained.
Conduct quality checks, secure consultant approvals, and maintain compliance with CCL’s high standards.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience managing construction site teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Strong understanding of structural drawings.
Effective communication skills in French.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
