Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

• Development & Customization: Build custom features, forms, plugins, web resources, and workflows for Dynamics 365.
• Integration: Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems (external apps, Azure services) using APIs, SOAP, REST.
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, provide support for live systems, and ensure smooth operation.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Data Management: Handle data migration, integrity, and security within the system.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• 3+ years of MS Dynamics software development.
• Technical: C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, Azure basics, Power Platform.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of D365 (CRM/ERP modules like Sales and Service).
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
