Location: Five E-Com Center, Pacific Drive, SM Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City Philippines
Schedule: Night shift
Salary: PHP 90,000 to 110,000

A Client is currently searching for Senior Software Engineer (JAVA) who are willing to work night shift in MOA, Pasay City Philippines.

Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer (JAVA) will be primarily responsible for applying technology to drive real-time transaction operating environment, as part of a cross-functional team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood
• Participate in communities of practices to support and establish Standards
• Contribution to providing Story Point estimates that include the scope of testing
• Design, build and maintain scalable solutions for internal and external services
• Practice Test-Driven Development with regular participation in code reviews and design reviews
• Lead others in Test Driven Development including test suite maintenance
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to peers and stakeholders Improve the reliability, monitoring, and operations of our services Identify opportunities to improve our development process and system efficiency
• Refine Engineering practices, standards, and tooling

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Experience mentoring or supervising Jr. Engineers but is still currently doing hands on coding
• Must have experience in Java, Springboot, Hibernate, javascript, SQL and HTML
• Must have experience working in an Agile work environment and knowledgeable with Agile methodologies
• Must have good communication skills
• Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
• Willing to work on night shift
• Willing to work in Pasay City, Philippines
