AI Summary

About this role

Hubble Network was founded with the intention of delivering on the promise of what Internet-of-Things (IoT) was supposed to be. We're building a global Bluetooth® network dedicated to machine-to-machine connectivity. We differentiate ourselves as the first modem-less and gateway-less, direct-to-satellite network from off-the-shelf Bluetooth® Low Energy chips. Hubble is ideal for applications in logistics, AgTech, and maritime where economies of scale for volume consumer and enterprise asset tracking is a priority. Our goal is to be the first billion-endpoint-connected network in the world.

Hubble is an early-stage, venture-backed startup supported by some of the best investors in the world. In their previous lives, the founding team has been successful in raising $100s of millions in venture funding, developing the Amazon Sidewalk network, launching billions of dollars of space assets, and leading their teams to successful exits, both through acquisition and IPO. We are now looking to bring on talented team members who are the best at what they do to help us make Hubble a reality for the world.

About the Role

Hubble Network is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcer who loves the hunt.

This role is designed for someone who gets excited about finding the engineer no one else can find, enjoys uncovering talent long before a position officially opens, and views sourcing as both an art and a competitive advantage.

As Hubble enters hypergrowth, you'll partner closely with our Senior Sourcing & Talent Partner to identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional talent across engineering and technical organizations.

This role is intentionally sourcing-first.

Rather than owning recruiting operations or Talent Acquisition infrastructure, you'll focus on proactively building world-class pipelines and helping Hubble stay ahead of hiring demand.

If market mapping, competitive intelligence, passive outreach, and solving impossible technical searches sound exciting, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Technical Sourcing

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for Hubble's most challenging technical positions.
  • Build talent maps and competitive intelligence across aerospace, hardware, embedded systems, firmware, RF, wireless communications, software engineering, product, and operations.
  • Continuously identify exceptional passive candidates before hiring needs arise.
  • Build long-term candidate relationships that support both current and future hiring.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates who are the experts in their field
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and hiring manager relationships
  • Experience in progressive startup or technical space recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market

Pipeline Development

  • Create and maintain healthy sourcing pipelines across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skillsets, market dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns that generate meaningful candidate engagement.
  • Continuously improve response rates through thoughtful messaging and experimentation. Create and maintain healthy sourcing pipelines across multiple business functions.

Talent Intelligence

  • Research emerging companies, adjacent industries, and technical communities to identify untapped talent pools.
  • Provide market insights around talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Help hiring teams better understand where great talent exists and how to attract it.

AI-Powered Recruiting

  • Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing productivity, talent mapping, outreach personalization, and market research.
  • Continuously explore new technologies that improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Share best practices that help evolve Hubble's sourcing capabilities.

Recruiting Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Senior Sourcing & Talent Partner throughout the recruiting process.

  • Participation in engineering communities, conferences, or technical networking events.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • Proactive pipelines exist for Hubble's highest-priority technical skillsets before requisitions open.

  • Passive candidate response rates consistently exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Hiring managers receive qualified candidate pipelines significantly faster than historical timelines.
