Senior Specialist - Contracts Management (CORS368)

Responsible for managing and administering contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations. Supports contract negotiations, reviews amendments and change requests, monitors contractor performance, mitigates contractual risks, maintains contract records, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver effective commercial and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with large-scale projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public-sector organizations is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are an advantage.
