The Global Point of Sale (POS) and Payments Solution Delivery organization is responsible for delivering technological solutions to drive growth, enable efficiency, and improve the customer experience at the front-line in our stores. We innovate globally across all TJX banners to ensure a first-class transaction process for our customers (sales, returns, and exchanges), enable payment processing and TJX rewards programs, facilitate downstream sales audit and financial reporting, and much more! 

The GlobalFrontofStores Delivery Teammanages thedelivery of solutionsto our globalstores that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We are seeking a motivated, talentedSenior StaffScrum Master to deliver these capabilities and solutions to drive value to our stakeholders.

What you’ll do 

As aSenior StaffScrum Master, your core responsibilities will includemanaging the flow of work throughoutthe ART,assisting teamsto clear obstacles,manage risks, resolveissues,anddeliver oncommitments.You will work closely with the Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams,planning,coordinating, and executing thedeployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.   

What you’ll need

We are looking for aSeniorStaffScrumMaster who has provenability toeffectively leaddelivery efforts and drive outcomes that enhanceflow of work efficienciesacrossGlobal Front of StoresAgileRelease Train. This experiencehasdemonstrated successtaking charge to align multiple teams,managingcomplex initiatives,and drivingtimely completion of ART wide commitments.

Skills/Knowledge: 

  • 8+ yearsin Agile environment as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Program Manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFE

  • Advanced communication, facilitation,influencing,negotiation, team-building, and mentoring skills

  • Self-driven and flexible teammemberwhoadaptsquickly and demonstrates ability to work well with others (diverse stakeholders and personality types) as well as independently, applying critical thinking andproblem-solvingskills

  • Ability to be assertive, be voice of reason and authority

  • Deepknowledge of Agile Methodology and tools with demonstrated experience leadingand facilitatingSAFeceremonies (team level and acrossteams/ART)

  • Proven capability of effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholderexpectations effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in articulating options, recommendations,planning/replanning,and drivingdecisions throughoutthe delivery of work

  • Demonstratedsuccess leadingcross functional teams to deliver multiple, concurrent releasesto productionleveraging process to drive consistency

  • Highly effective communicator, with demonstrated success in communicating to multiple levels of stakeholdersand tailoring communications to fitaudiences

  • Skilledin leading and delivering outcomes for continuous improvementactivitiesfocused ondriving efficiencies and speed to valueacross teams/ART

  • Ability toestablish an environment where teams can be highly effective, supporting teamsbymanagingoutside interruptions and distractions along with addressing any team dynamicsifneeded

  • Adept at Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management, SDP controls, and Agile Management tools (particularly JIRA Align and Confluenceas well asPower BI Dashboards).

  • Skilled inreviewing metrics to measure progress,analyzing and adjusting learnings

  • Ability to show situational awareness,be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate where appropriate

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training / experience

  • SAFeor equivalentScrum Mastercertification preferred

USA Home Office Marlborough MA 300 Value WayThis position has a starting salary range of USD $116,200.00 to $151,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
