Senior Stock Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily stock for installation jobs, submit weekly and monthly summary reports, raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.

• Collaborates with the Fitment Team and Scheduler Team to maintain adequate IoT device inventory and stock levels, ensuring seamless technician operations and adherence to the fitment schedule.

• Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required.

• Manage and oversee custom declaration processes.

• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Configure units by linking them to SIM cards, ensuring an adequate supply of field-ready units in inventory.

• Perform initial assessments of field-returned units and allocate them to the appropriate locations.

• Monitor and manage SIM card usage, ensuring proper allocation and stock.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in stock control and warehouse.

• Strong proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office) and has experience in using warehousing system is preferable

• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken is a MUST

• Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy.
