Own the global McDonald's account growth strategy, translating market intelligence, customer insight, and competitive analysis into a clear, coordinated multi-year plan that guides investment decisions and expansion priorities. The role drives execution of the global strategy through regional markets — embedding plans, building a global operating framework that enables markets to work consistently and efficiently, and identifying where local opportunities can be scaled for broader adoption. By maintaining a continuous intelligence loop between market activity and global strategic direction, the role ensures the growth strategy remains live, grounded in real market signals, and capable of creating compounding value across the global account.
