Senior Systems Engineer

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft infrastructure services including **deployment, support, optimization, and migration projects **.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues across Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in **on-premise server environments **, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Design and execute migration strategies (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption.

Microsoft Platform Expertise

• Architect, deploy, and support:

  • Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid)
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning)

• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise technologies.

• Deep expertise in:

  • Microsoft Exchange (setup, support, troubleshooting, and migration)
  • Active Directory (design, administration, and recovery)
  • SQL Server (installation, configuration, support)

• Strong on-premise server experience — hands-on exposure is mandatory.

• Proven experience delivering and supporting **enterprise-scale environments **.
