Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a true headhunter mindset. You love the hunt: you go after passive candidates, find people who are not on the market, and keep going when the first, second and tenth outreach get no answer. You own your vacancies end to end, set your own pace and priorities, and don't need anyone to check in on you to deliver.
Your focus will be commercial hiring across the UK and Europe: senior commercial leadership and account management teams, from individual contributors to regional heads. From time to time you will also pick up other business roles as priorities shift. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives.
What you'll do:
-
Own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles across the UK and Europe, from senior leadership to account management, from kickoff with the hiring manager to signed offer
-
Run executive search projects: market mapping, target company lists, talent pools, direct approach to passive candidates
-
Source relentlessly across LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events and your own network; build pipelines where there were none
-
Craft outreach that gets replies and turn "not looking" into "let's talk"
-
Advise hiring managers on the market: talent availability, compensation expectations, realistic profiles and timelines
-
Assess candidates in depth and present shortlists with clear arguments, not just CVs
-
Manage offers and negotiations, and keep candidates engaged until their first day
-
Keep Lever data clean and report on pipeline health and hiring results
-
Share your search know-how with the team and help raise the bar on sourcing.
What we're looking for:
-
6+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and direct search
-
Proven executive search experience: you have closed senior and C-level roles through direct approach
-
Ideally, a background that combines a recruitment or executive search agency, an in-house team and an international fintech or payments company, with around 2 years or more in each. Other paths are welcome if you bring the same hunting skills
-
Strong track record of hiring commercial roles (sales, business development, account management) in the UK and Europe
-
Self-driven and autonomous: you plan your own work, raise blockers early and don't need micromanagement
-
Persistence and resilience: a "no" from a candidate is the start of the conversation, not the end
-
Strong stakeholder management: confident with senior hiring managers and executives
-
English at C1 level or higher, written and spoken
-
Fluent Russian.
