Tasks

Your tasks

• Lead the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
• Run workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
• Coaching the development team.
• Conceptualization and design of development processes.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and consultants.
• Ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
• Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes
• Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
• English speaking team player (at least level C1)
