Senior Technical Service Representative

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a senior technical service representative, which we call senior service agent. In this role, you will help develop and support the services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Team Lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the Services team

• Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk

• Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes

• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained

• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year of similar experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

• Successful completion of criminal background check

• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $19.36 - $22.33
