Senior Technical Trainer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to support a mission-critical enterprise. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult learning methodologies.

• Ensure eLearning is delivered to end-users.
• Ensure learning solutions are compliant with government standards.
• Develop modern systems which enables users to effectively adopt and understand applications, and technologies.

• Must posses an active Top Secret Clearance
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Deliver AI and Machine Learning models utilizing frameworks like Tensor Flow.
• Deep subject knowledge, instructional design abilities and interpersonal skills to translate complex concepts into clear lessons.
