Senior Test & Verification Consultant

We are seeking two Senior Test & Verification Consultants to join a newly established cross-functional test team within Surface Automation

Tasks

Role 1: System Testing & Verification

• Develop and execute test cases based on requirements
• Review requirements for clarity and testability
• Perform verification across integration, system, and fleet testing levels
• Support quality assurance in complex system environments

Role 2: Test Strategy & Quality Development

• Define and improve test strategy and test coverage
• Identify test gaps, quality risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop methods, processes, and structures for long-term quality assurance
• Drive visibility and analysis of test coverage across products and systems

Requirements

• Strong experience in software testing and verification
• Background working with complex systems and multi-level testing
• Experience in test design, execution, documentation, and quality assurance
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively

Nice to Have

• Test automation experience
• Knowledge of system-of-systems environments
• Experience with change management
