Purpose of role

The Senior Total Rewards Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making across our global rewards programs. The prime focus on the role will be on global benefits management, with a secondary focus on other rewards activities.

In this role, you will own the reporting, analytics, budgeting, and systems infrastructure that underpins our benefits offering, while coordinating global renewals and vendor performance in partnership with regional HR teams and our global benefits broker.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and systems capability with the ability to coordinate effectively across cultures, time zones, and functional areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own analytics for benefits renewals — consolidating data from regional HR teams and the local broker to support evidence-based renewal decisions.
  • Conduct joint pay gap and pay equity analysis in partnership with the Compensation Manager.
  • Monitor market trends and benchmark data, translating findings into clear recommendations on competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee impact.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready benefits documentation, cost tracking, and compliance records globally.
  • Lead the preparation of global benefits budgets and forecasts in partnership with regional HR Managers, tracking actuals against budget throughout the year.
  • Model the cost impact of renewal outcomes, plan design changes, and new benefit introductions across regions.
  • Flag budget variances and cost drivers proactively, providing commentary and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Benefits Systems Management

  • Owns the benefits management system, ensuring system-generated data feeds are reliable and fit for purpose for downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate system configuration, updates, and enhancements to support new or amended rewards programs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, working with vendors and internal teams as needed, process guides.
  • Global Benefits Management & Renewal Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between regional HR teams, Finance, and external brokers on all benefits-related reporting, budgeting, and systems matters.
  • Coordinate annual renewals globally with the company's broker, managing timelines, data collection, and reporting to ensure on-time, well-informed renewal decisions.
  • Partner with regional HR Operations teams and local broker to ensure benefit offerings remain consistent, competitive, and compliant across all countries of operation.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with the global broker and other benefit vendors, reviewing performance data and proposing improvements where service levels or value are at risk.
  • Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR COE roles, with a strong focus on total rewards in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, ideally with a global benefits broker.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and system reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple geographies and cultures.
