• Content Strategy & Design: You implement and validate content strategies while crafting clear, engaging content that enhances user experiences across our digital platforms
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You partner with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to integrate content throughout the design process, from wireframes to final experiences
• Research & Optimization: You conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve content through data-driven decisions
• Content Standards & Localization: You maintain EGYM's content style guide, apply brand voice and tone consistently, and create content with localization, translation, and accessibility requirements in mind
• Team Enablement: You drive operational excellence by creating scalable content workflows, self-service tools, and streamlined handoff processes for cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder Engagement: You collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on content needs, and communicate content strategies and decisions

Your fitness level

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Writing & Content Strategy: You possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills and bring proven experience developing customer-centric content strategies for B2B and B2B2C products
• Attention to Detail: You pick up on things others miss, spotting inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities that strengthen the overall product experience
• Industry Fluency: You demonstrate a strong affinity for sports, fitness, and longevity, with a deep understanding of the industry's language and terminology, enabling you to create authentic content for professional partners and end users
• Collaboration & Research: You combine strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with experience using user research and usability testing to inform content decisions
• Tools: You are proficient with content management systems, Figma, Miro, and AI-powered support tools
• Languages: You communicate with professional fluency in English. German, French, or additional languages are a significant plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Holistic Understanding: You gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire EGYM ecosystem, its products, and their interdependencies
• Build Connections: You establish strong connections and routines with your team and direct stakeholders
• Embrace the Vision: You fully embrace our long-term and short-term product vision, understanding how our product lines feed into it
• Guidelines: You develop and document guidelines for our user-facing interfaces with respect to the audience using it
• Audit & Alignment: You conduct a comprehensive content audit to identify experience gaps and opportunities, while contributing to a centralized glossary to ensure terminology remains consistent across all EGYM platforms
