Summary of Position:

We are currently looking for an SEO Analyst who is passionate, innovative, and motivated to make a difference for our clients. This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) accounts, monitors and communicates campaign progress, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve SEO campaigns. Position Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within a small to mid-sized marketing agency, or legal marketing environment
• Foundational understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Ability to optimize websites and digital content to improve search visibility and user engagement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze performance and identify actionable insights
• Working knowledge of high-quality link-building strategies, cultivating authoritative backlinks through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Demonstrated mastery in backlink analysis and basic SEO auditing processes
• Experience with local and video optimization preferred
• PR experience preferred
• This is a hybrid, in-office position located in San Diego, CA. Applicants must reside in California and be within commuting distance of the San Diego office, with the ability to work onsite three days a week.
