As an SEO Technical Developer, you are the engine room of our agency. While others focus on keywords and content, you focus on the architecture, the code, and the speed that makes those keywords rank. You will turn technical audits into reality, ensuring our SME clients have websites that outperform global giants.

Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Don't just audit—fix. You will handle optimizations for various CMS platforms (not limited to WordPress), including theme optimizations, plugin/module configurations, and custom code snippets to improve SEO.
• Performance Optimization: Own Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights. Optimize images, minify scripts, and manage caching to ensure lightning-fast load times.
• Architecture & Crawlability: Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and internal linking structures to ensure Google and AI crawlers can index the site perfectly.
• Advanced Schema: Implement complex Structured Data (Schema.org) to help our clients win "Rich Snippets" and appear in AI search citations.
• AI Search Readiness: Ensure site rendering and technical infrastructure are optimized for LLM scrapers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
• CMS Management: Act as the lead for WordPress-related issues, including security, version updates, and troubleshooting "broken" pages for clients.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our SEO Specialists to translate high-level strategies into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Web Development or Technical SEO.
• WordPress Expert: Deep knowledge of the WP ecosystem (Elementor, Oxygen, Bricks, Yoast/RankMath, WP Rocket).
• Programming Basics: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript (enough to modify themes and functions).
• SEO Tools: Mastery of Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and Ahrefs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Server/Hosting management (Cloudways, SiteGround, DNS settings).
