Septic System Installer/Heavy Equipment Operator

Position Overview

Meinco Wastewater is seeking an individual to perform installation of residential and light
commercial onsite wastewater systems. This position works under the Installation Team
Lead and focuses on system setup, material handling, and jobsite execution with
opportunities to develop advanced installation skills.

No wastewater experience required — we provide training.

Qualifications

 Valid driver’s license with no restrictions or limitations and reliable transportation.
 Ability to lift, push, pull, carry 50+ lbs. up to 300 feet in various outdoor conditions.
 The capability to work as a member of a team, dependable, and safety focused.
 Install electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components under supervision.
 Demonstrate the ability to professionally communicate with clients.
 This position 95% of the time is outdoor work with some traveling.
 1+ year of construction, installation, skid steer and excavator experience preferred.
 The potential to use basic hand, power tools and transit/reader.
 Strong work ethics and enthusiasm to excel.

Key Responsibilities

 Document work performed, written reports, including photos and changes to materials.
 Follow daily directives and guidance from the Operations Manager and Team Lead.
 Support system setup, testing, and commissioning with the Team Lead.
 Follow installation plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
 Prepare job sites by staging tools, materials, and equipment.
 Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

 $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience).

 Paid holidays.
 Paid vacation at 90 days. Prorated for the first year.
