Location: Norwich, Norfolk.
Salary: £19,000 Plus £3000 Bonus
Term: Full time, permanent.
Hours: 8.00-6.00 Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Driven Motor Jobs are looking for a Service Advisor for their client who is a well established service centre, offering a highly competitive package and fantastic benefits.

As a Service Advisor within this organisation you will receive all the usual benefits working for a professional franchised business.

As an experienced motor trade service advisor your duties will include:
* Workshop load (hours booked).
* Consistently up sell parts and accessories.
* Achieve an excellent CSI and Mystery Shopper results.
* Deal with customer complaints.
* Maintain an excellent level of customer retention.
* Work well within a team across all departments.

The ideal person will have previous experience of being a Service Advisor, a good communicator, well organised, sets high standards and can deliver results. A full UK driving licence is essential.
