Supreme Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Coordinator to support daily operations within our oilfield service and manufacturing environment. The Service Coordinator serves as a key link between customers, field personnel, shop operations, and management to ensure projects are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily service and shop activities to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project status, scheduling, and service requirements.
  • Create, track, and maintain work orders, job packets, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with field personnel, shop supervisors, and management to prioritize workload and meet customer deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to customers.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase requisitions, and other operational documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records within company ERP and tracking systems.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material coordination, and procurement activities.
  • Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Generate reports and assist management with operational planning and performance tracking.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, operations, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Oilfield service, manufacturing, machining, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems and job tracking software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of oilfield equipment, machining, welding, or fabrication operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
