What we are looking for:


We are seeking a motivated and capable professional with experience coordinating projects or resources, ensuring seamless delivery from initial quotation through to final invoicing. With a strong attention to detail, you will be confident working with numbers and maintaininghigh levels of accuracy.

You are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across different areas of the business, balance customer needs, and plan resources effectively to ensure services are delivered in full and on time.


What you will do:


Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be engaged in our National Logistics Centre, as a key contributor to our growing Supply Chain Team.

Primarily, you will be workingacross our Service Delivery and Logistics teams and effectively coordinating delivery to our wider business across New Zealand.

Your outstanding interpersonal skills will be paramount to your success in this role as you will be an expert at managing expectations across a variety of key people at different organisational levels, including customers, suppliers and across the Cyclone business.


Your primary responsibilities will also include:


  • Providing direct support to our National Logistics Centre and National Sales teams.
  • Workflow coordination, including prioritisation, resource planning, inventory availability, and freight/delivery timeframes.
  • Pro-active coordination, project roll out, and stakeholder engagement,ensuring that tasks are tracking in accordance with delivery deadlines.
  • Services estimates, scheduling, tracking, contracts, billingand product recoveries.
  • Services invoicing
  • Product stockholding, administration, run rate, quality and returns authorisation, handling, and resolution.
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer and stakeholder support and communication.
  • Collaborating with and fostering positive relationships across Cyclone’s Sales, Services, Engineering, e-Commerce,and Finance teams.
  • Customer inventory planning, reporting and management.
  • Proactive logging and maintenance of tickets and SOWs within our ITSM and ERP systems.
  • Office management including supplies and consumables.
