About this role
Your mission
- Technical Capability: Assisting with network installations (RJ11, COAX, CAT, Fibre), cabling, and installation of phone equipment
- Support Methods: Telephone, Email and Remote Troubleshooting support to our customers. Remote Configuration of phone and network devices
- Remote Repairs: Repair and maintenance of phone and network devices
- Contractor Management: Working with and scheduling external contractors and service providers
- Logistics: Organisation of the logistics of new or defective phone or network components
- Service Management: ServiceNow/Jira Ticket handling, compiling technical information for maintenance, repairs and creating procedures and workflows
- Custom In House Software: Must be willing to learn new software and support our customers through telephone, email or on rare occasion in person visits.
- International Cooperation: Frequent interaction with Telio Group’s international teams
Your profile
- Software or IT industry experience: Successfully completed technical training as a phone, cabling or IT technician or comparable technical training with professional experience in the field of phones, cabling or IT.
- Network Technology: Desirably, initial industry experience in one of the following areas: CAT5/6, Fibre, Telephone Cables, Cisco Networking, communication, and network technology or similar (Windows Server etc)
- Office: Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Agile or fast-paced environments: Experience working in agile development environments where software evolves frequently and training must adapt quickly.
- Security: The selection process will include background screenings, including criminal history checks, and you will have to undergo additional security screening by our customers security teams.
- Personality: Willingness to travel and assemble/repair devices at times. High willingness to learn, a self-reliant way of working. Efficient work organisation and time management. Customer-oriented work and professional appearance.
