Service Department Sales Associate

The Service Internet Sales Associate interacts with those individuals most important to us – our customers! This is why this professional must be an excellent communicator and become the voice of the dealership in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers incoming sales/service calls; schedules and confirms daily appointments.
• Promptly follows up on internet leads using the customer’s desired method of contact and sets appointments.
• Conducts follow-up phone calls on warranty, scheduled maintenance, recalls, and marketing campaigns, etc.
• Acquires a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership brands.
• Maintains excellent customer service scores.

Core Requirements

• Proven computer proficiency using a wide variety of web-based programs and software to include CRM systems (Dealer Socket), inventory management systems, automotive DMS systems.
• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales savvy.
• Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
