Service Runner - Bobobox FnB Business

What you will do:

The Service Runner aims to support the Bobobox FnB business's front-of-house team by ensuring the delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the guest table is done quickly, accurately, and elegantly, in line with the restaurant’s premium service standards. • Ensures food and beverages are delivered from the kitchen or bar to the assigned table swiftly, while preserving the dish’s intended temperature, aroma, plating, and overall presentation.

• Verifies order accuracy before serving, preventing service errors and maintaining guest satisfaction.

• Clears, cleans, and resets tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth guest turnover and uphold the Bobobox FnB business's cleanliness standards.

• Assists servers and other front-of-house staff in maintaining a seamless and efficient service flow, especially during peak periods.

• Communicates effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order delivery and quick resolution of any issues.

• Supports the delivery of a refined dining experience by being attentive, proactive, and responsive to guest and team needs without disrupting service ambiance.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role preferred, ideally in a high-end or fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of food service procedures and hygiene standards.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent coordination and time-management skills to ensure smooth service flow.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage for guest interaction.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, especially in handling plated dishes.

• Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering high-quality service in line with the Bobobox FnB business's standards.

• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods, and to carry trays or multiple dishes safely.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Adherence to personal grooming and uniform standards as per Bobobox FnB business's brand image.
