- Repair support: Assisting with identifying and diagnosing problems in HVAC systems, including checking for leaks, faulty components, and electrical issues.
- Basic repairs: Performing minor repairs under supervision, like replacing damaged parts or fixing simple electrical connections.
- Tool handling: Learning to use various HVAC tools and equipment safely and properly, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
- Schematics: Reading and understanding schematics to understand system layouts and component locations
- Safety protocols: Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations related to working with HVAC systems.
- Customer service: Interacting with customers in a professional manner, explaining issues and providing basic information about HVAC systems
