Service Technician

ob Description:
Preferred knowledge of voice switches & translations (ie, DMS, Sonus, 5E, Genband, Plexus, SCP's,MetaSwitch)
• Preferred knowledge of basic data products and services
• Preferred knowledge of phone systems as well as WIINDSTREAM equipment (ie. Adtran, Netvana, Cisco)
• Preferred networking/sub-netting skills
• Preferred knowledge of troubleshooting circuits & equipment in a fast paced environment
• Preferred knowledge with IP routing protocols, Ethernet, VLANs, VOIP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, Cisco,IOS

Qualifications

Special Requirements/ Certifications:

•Minimum 1 years experience with IP routing protocols, Ethernet, VLANs, VOIP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, Cisco, IOS
•Working knowledge in the data communications environment
