Service Technician Temperature Control

We’re looking for a Service Technician Temperature Control to join our team at our Brisbane depot in QLD, to perform routine servicing activities and general equipment maintenance in line with operating procedures and work instructions of Temperature Control equipment (Heating / Cooling / Drying) including installation / commissioning, turnaround, unit test & inspection, temperature control fault finding / repair.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinating and undertaking a range of maintenance activities within defined operating procedures
• Conducting safety inspections and complying with Aggreko's safety regulation
• Providing first level technical advice to customers
• May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems.
• Perform major equipment servicing / overhauls to defined service intervals and in line with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out intermediate troubleshooting and fault diagnostics on Temperature Control Equipment.
• Intermediate Installation & Commissioning, for example commissioning of nominal temp chiller / multiple AC’s, heaters, compressors etc.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in Refrigeration/HVAC.
• Experience in Troubleshooting Chillers.
• Experience working with chillers, water coolers, air-cooled chillers etc.
• Perform major equipment servicing / overhauls to defined service intervals and in line with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out intermediate troubleshooting and fault diagnostics on Temperature Control Equipment.
• Intermediate Installation & Commissioning, for example commissioning of nominal temp chiller / multiple AC’s, heaters, compressors etc.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics.
