• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and enhancements, and implement new features as necessary.
Requirements
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related web technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams.
