The Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support ServiceNow transformation programs by driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation and long-term business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
  • Perform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness.
  • Create and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption.
  • Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials.
  • Conduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments.Measure and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes.Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities post-implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules.
    • Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
    • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
    • ServiceNow certification is a plus.
