Shadow Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher to join our SEN Department. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students within the classroom, helping them engage, participate, and integrate effectively into the learning environment.

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist students with classroom participation and integration.
• Implement recommended educational, behavioral, and learning strategies.
• Support students in developing their academic, social, and communication skills.
• Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the SEN team.
• Collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and parents when required.
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to work effectively with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
