Shift Leader (Production)

We are hiring dedicated Shift Leaders to manage daily production operations and ensure smooth and safe production shifts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and leading the production team to meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Monitor and enforce safety systems to maintain a healthy working environment.
• Supervise production lines (Boards and Tiles) to achieve production targets and plans.
• Lead production teams, including operators and engineers, and ensure policy compliance.
• Track raw material usage by quantity and quality to ensure efficiency.
• Document all production, mechanical, and electrical issues during the shift, with corrective actions taken.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production staff.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts, clearly reporting all key events and issues.
• Maintain shift performance records and communicate with leadership on shift outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Prior experience in shift supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with production machinery and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
