SHIFT MANAGER | TLT PCB

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the work and resources of the production shift.
• Organise work in line with production plans.
• Ensure the quality of production processes and manufactured products.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements within your team.
• Delegate responsibilities to team members and evaluate their performance and the quality of their work.
• Achieve shift targets, analyse results, and prepare reports.
• Work a rotating shift schedule (production will operate 24/7, with 12-hour shifts).

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of production organisation principles and the ability to analyse shift performance.
• The ability to delegate tasks effectively and resolve issues quickly.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and the ability to ensure compliance during the shift.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and the ability to work with internal business management systems.
• A college or university degree in engineering or another technical field.
• English language skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher.

Salary:

In recognition of the candidate’s experience and contribution, we offer an attractive salary aligned with their skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges from EUR 16 to EUR 20 per hour (approximately EUR 2,688–3,660 gross per month), depending on your experience and competencies. The actual monthly amount will depend on the number of hours worked in the respective month.

The employment contract will specify a fixed gross hourly rate.

Night-time hours are paid at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
