What does the job consist?

1. Daily Operations

• Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
• Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.
• Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance

2. Safety / 5S

• Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations
• Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times

3. People Development

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth

Requirements & qualifications

Educational Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Utilizing goggle office & Gemini AI

Personal Capabilities :

• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Good team player, good communications and leadership skills
