Marksman Security Officers, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
- Maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to Site Supervisor and/or Director and coordinate preliminary investigations
- Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management
- Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Excellent customer service, professionalism and communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- An understanding of basic computer skills.
- Experience with report writing and documentation.
- Experience with monitoring and surveillance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
