Perform all industrial operations in Primary Production plant in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures

Air Separation Unit (ASU) Plant Operator role focuses on three core areas:

Core Responsibilities

• Operations & Quality Control: Monitor plant parameters, equipment, and backup systems to maintain steady supply, product purity, and customer satisfaction. Handle routine switch-overs, plant start-ups/shut-downs, and deriming procedures.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance to maximize plant reliability and efficiency. Isolate equipment safely for online maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

• Safety, Patrols & Reporting: Conduct routine area patrols, respond to warning signals/abnormalities, enforce safe operating standards, manage spare parts inventory, and log shift/event reports.
