What You'll Do

Shipping & Receiving Operations

You'll help ensure that materials and products move safely, accurately, and on time throughout our facility.

Your responsibilities include:

Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound deliveries
• Accurately enter inventory into the system within 24 hours
• Label, stage, and store materials according to SOPs
• Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies
• Assist with unloading deliveries as needed

Shipping

• Prepare outbound shipments with complete accuracy
• Package temperature-sensitive materials using gel packs, dry ice, and LN2
• Generate shipping documentation and labels
• Coordinate pickups with FedEx, UPS, World Courier, and other approved carriers
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively

Inventory & Team Support

• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate shipping records
• Support internal audits and inspections
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Collaborate with QA, Inventory, Purchasing, and Facilities teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred
• 1–2 years of shipping, warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Biopharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus
• Experience using inventory software, barcode scanners, or warehouse systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Strong communication and organizational skills
